RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your furniture but we understand that sometimes an item simply won’t fit in the room you intended it for. That’s why we offer a comprehensive exchange or return program during the first 30 days after the delivery of your purchase. Please ensure you familiarize yourself with the policy below prior to your purchase.
If you would like to look at options for exchanging your item, give our design team a call at 757-821-5400 so they can walk you through new selections. We’ll work with you to schedule a convenient time to swap out your items.
Upon delivery, please fully inspect your item(s). Although rare, shipping damage can occur on occasion. If you see any damage, while you have the right to refuse the delivery, we recommend you go ahead and accept delivery of your new furnishing(s). Please immediately contact our support team to notify us, as our team will work on the most expedient options to remedy any concerns. All damage must be reported to My Glam Home within 72 hours of delivery.
To return your item, contact our support team at support@myglamhome to obtain an RMA number. Please note the following:
- All items must be returned in new and unused condition in the original packaging.
- Premium delivery services originally purchased with your order are non-refundable.
- Repackaging and storage fees may be applied based on your order subtotal. More information is below.
- Any items returned in less than new condition will incur a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the final refund amount at the discretion of My Glam Home.
- Damage incurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging may also be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- It is important to note that any damage to the merchandise does not qualify for a free return, as we offer alternatives to remedy.
- Cancellations, before orders have shipped, are not subject to any return shipping or restocking fees
- We are not responsible for lost shipping, if your having issues please contact us or FedEx directly
EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges must be of equal value or similar product type as the original (for example, exchange a king bed for a queen bed). You are responsible for paying the price difference if the item you reselect is more expensive. If the exchanged-for item is less, we will reimburse you. Exchanges for significantly lesser valued items or different product categories may require applicable return fees, see our Return Policy above for details. Refunds will occur once your original items are returned to our warehouse in new condition. We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
We will provide shipping labels for items that can ship via FedEx. You are responsible for packaging the items securely for transit. We recommend you retain the original packaging for return shipping. Please drop off your item(s) at your nearest FedEx location.
Note that all items that are to be returned, must ship back to us within 5 days.
